Starting in 2011, I helped create Wilder Quarterly, a publication for people enthralled by the natural world. In its pages you’d find green thumbs, cooks and chefs, rooftop gardeners, hobby farmers, seed savers, landscape architects, botanists, amateurs and experts. Just your everyday mix of plant enthusiasts. Wilder spoke to a younger, more urban demographic in a voice that was very 21st century. Our tagline was ‘life through the lens of the growing world.’ We encouraged people to really get, well, wilder.
